We ship from Germany across Germany, the rest of Europe and worldwide. The exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay, based on the weight of your order.

Staircases and balustrades

Staircases are large, long and heavy and ship on a pallet in several packages. Delivery is kerbside: the carrier brings the pallet to the nearest accessible hard standing, not fitted. Plan a competent fitter — installation is a multi-person job, and a floating or cantilever stair must be engineered — and the floor and wall fixings and balustrade to the rules. Step lights, clamps, brackets, the runner and tread care ship by parcel.

Times

Orders leave us within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within Germany, 4–10 business days to the rest of Europe and 7–20 business days further afield. Pallet shipments are booked with a freight carrier who calls ahead; allow 5–15 business days.

Customs

Goods are dispatched from Germany. For deliveries outside the EU, any import duty, VAT or clearance fee in the destination country is payable by the recipient.

Damage in transit

Check the packaging before you sign for it, note any damage on the carrier's paperwork and photograph it — that is what makes a claim straightforward.
