Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this store.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euro; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering. Goods are dispatched from Germany.

What we sell

We sell interior staircases — a modular straight kit, a spiral staircase, an oak open-riser, a floating cantilever stair, a glass-balustrade staircase and a premium designer floating staircase, with the glass balustrade clamps, step lights, handrail brackets, runner and tread care to go with them. The build, the loads and the installation and regulation needs are stated on each listing for a structural interior element.

Structure, balustrade & installation safety

A staircase and its balustrade are structural, safety-critical elements and must be installed by a competent fitter to the applicable building rules — fixed securely to the floors and the wall, designed for the load, with the handrail height, the balustrade and the gaps between spindles or panels meeting the regulations so a child cannot fall or slip through. Keep the treads clean and slip-resistant, do not modify the structure or the fixings, and do not exceed the stated load. Installation is a multi-person job and, for a load-bearing or cantilever stair, is best engineered and fitted by a professional. CE marked where applicable.
